Who is JOSEPH KONY?
He is THE WORST LIVING CRIMINAL. He abducts children and makes them use guns to kill their own parents. He takes girls and forces them to be sex slaves. He calls his abducted children the Lord’s Resistance Army, AKA the LRA. He has abducted over 30,000 children and forced them to be child soldiers in Central Africa. He remains at large because he is INVISIBLE to the world. FEW know his name, even FEWER know his crimes. WE ARE MAKING HIM FAMOUS! Because when he is, the world will unite against him and demand his arrest.

My first tattoo. Only took me about 6 years to finally get one. I’ve always loved how sugar skulls can be both creepy and cute at the same time. Plus it reminds me of how we would honour the dead back in the Philippines: holding candlelight vigils at night in graveyards. Since there are a million sugar skulls tattoos out there, I incorporated the Philippine flag into the design and added a moustache and top hat (why not?).
Selecting an artist was a lot easier, thank god. I picked Stephanie Babiarz, who was at Adrenaline in Vancouver. She had amazing colour work and shading. Took around 2.5-3 hours. I was doing alright until the last half hour of pure pain. But it was all worth it!
